Slider Bed Conveyors
These friction-driven conveyor belts with a supporting slider bed are ideal for low to medium-volume applications. These slider bed conveyors can be used to feed stationary compactors, side-eject balers, closed end horizontal balers, or auto-tie balers.
- SBW Class conveyor is designed for low volume applications from 1 to 2 tons per hour. Equipped with a 2 ply ruff top belt, this slider bed conveyor is designed for overhead conveying to compactors and low volume balers. Equipped with a motor between 2 to 5 horsepower they are available with belt widths between 24″ and 36″ with lengths up to 100′.

- SB Class conveyor is designed for low volume applications from 2 to 4 tons per hour. Equipped with a 2 ply rubber cleated belt, this conveyor can feed balers or compactors. It can be installed in a pit (3 hp motor) or above ground with a hopper (2 hp motor). Belt widths are available from 24″ to 72″ with lengths up to 40′. It can also be equipped with a variable speed controller.
Systems Start at $8,000
- SBH Class conveyor is designed for medium volume applications from 3 to 15 tons per hour. Equipped with a 3 ply rubber cleated belt and spherical roller bearings, it can feed auto-tie balers or shredders. This below ground configuration can be equipped with motors from 3 horsepower to 10 horsepower. Belt widths from 36″ to 72″ and lengths up to 100′.
